Responsibilities

What Will I Do?

  • Respond to inbound customer inquiries across phone, chat, SMS, website leads, and online messaging platforms
  • Manage and respond quickly to digital leads generated through Google, Local Services Ads (LSA), Yelp, website chat, and other marketing channels
  • Convert inbound inquiries into booked service appointments within ServiceTitan
  • Maintain fast response times and deliver an exceptional customer experience
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer communications
  • Follow up on open, missed, or unconverted leads to maximize booking opportunities
  • Maintain accurate customer information and scheduled appointment details
  • Collaborate with dispatch and operations teams to ensure smooth scheduling and communication
  • Receive and document completed work orders from field technicians
  • Escalate unresolved customer concerns to the appropriate departments when necessary
  • Identify opportunities to promote additional services, memberships, or products when appropriate
  • Help support the company’s marketing and customer engagement efforts by ensuring every lead receives timely and professional communication

 

Qualifications

Do I have What it Takes?

  • College degree preferred but optional
  • 1-year customer service experience
  • 1 year of marketing, marketing lead or digital marketing experience 
  • Basic computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft applications
  • Experience with Service Titan is a plus.
  • Must be fluent in reading, writing and speaking English and must be able to sit for long periods of time.
