Responsibilities

What Will You Do?

  • Drive new sales for the company in a professional manner consistent with the company’s integrity and customer-care standards
    Determine needs and then provide solutions that solve the customer’s issues 
  • Perform sales presentations, as outlined in company selling process
  • Educate potential customers on products or services that will achieve a healthy, comfortable, and safe environments
  • Document service performed and recommendations made by completing applicable forms, reports, logs and/or records   
  • Attend appointments with customers as scheduled
  • Represent the company in a professional manner consistent with the company’s integrity and customer-care standards

 

***This position helps determine the best Benefit for our customers with Infiltration, Filtration, Purification, Dehumidification, Duct Cleanings, Duct

Sealing, Duct Modifications, Duct Replacements, and Blown Insulation.

 

Qualifications

Do I have what it takes?

  • Indoor Quality Experience required with ability to plan and lay out jobs per ACCA guidelines and NADCA guidelines.
  • Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds 
  • Customer Oriented - Ability to take care of the customers’ needs • Problem Solving - Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner. Gather and analyze information skillfully. Work well in group problem solving situations. 
  • Utilizes strong interpersonal skills to relate well to all people inside and outside the organization. Builds appropriate rapport with subordinates, peers, and clients. 
  • Demonstrates persistence by rapid follow-up on commitments.
  • Asks probing questions in order to fully understand customer needs. Overcomes objections and concerns in an appropriate manner.
  • Punctual, self-motivated and understands objectives and is proactive in their approach to achieve them.
  • High School Diploma, advanced degree or equivalent
  • Education is continuous and ongoing and consist mostly of training with their Manager and/or Supervisor
