CoolToday is currently seeking a Commercial Lead HVAC Installer to join our team comprised of creative and energetic employees, who are dedicated to delivering the best customer service experience every day. What Will I Do?

• Install/Replace Commercial HVAC equipment 
• Maintain good working order of company vehicle
• Maintain proper stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment in the vehicle.
• Travel to job sites in the service area, and work with dispatch to ensure schedule is maintained and delays are properly communicated to the customer
• Work with apprentices and entry-level installers to coach and mentor

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2+ years’ Commercial Install field experience 
• Highest level of understanding of HVACR
• Expected to work in various conditions
• Able to use extension ladder 
• Service Titan experience preferred.

Candidates must be able to pass the following pre-employment requirements:

• Background Check
• Drug Screening
• Valid Driver's License and driving record from a risk management perspective.
