Our fleet coordinators are responsible to monitor all driver compliance and report non-compliance, maintain fleet databases and ensure fleet availability for production.

Responsibilities

What Will I Do?

Monitor all drivers for compliance to company policies and report non-compliance to management
Maintain electronic databases and records for purchase, sales, registration and maintenance of fleet
Ensure fleet availability to meet all requests by scheduling, forecasting and surveying current use trends
Arrange fleets and fleet operational staff to provide support and schedule Special Event Planning
Oversee routine and ad hoc maintenance (SMOGS, repairs, status updates) and fleet meets maintenance schedules
Monitor fuel purchase system for all drivers; order and distribute fuel cards
Plan, process, and forecast vehicle purchase and vehicle replacement in alignment with company budget
With accounting, plan and prepare annual budget, expenditures and analysis of all financial objectives
Schedule, coordinate and purchase GPGPSnit installation, removal, and troubleshooting
Partner on insurance and accident claims
